📌 1. What is the ‘ㅂ’ Irregular?

Some verbs and adjectives whose stem ends in change that ㅂ to when combined with an ending that starts with a vowel (like -아요/어요).

[Basic pattern]

💡 TIP: Watch out — not ALL ㅂ verbs are irregular!
Some verbs ending in ㅂ (like 잡다 to grab, 입다 to wear, 좁다 to be narrow) follow the REGULAR pattern — the ㅂ does NOT change.
