| 주인: 사만 삼천 원이에요. | 43,000 won. 43,000 won po. |
| 칼로: 사만 삼천 원요? 비싸네요. 좀 깎아 주세요. | 43,000 won? That’s a bit expensive. Can you please give me a discount? 43,000 won po? Medyo mahal. Pakibaba naman po. |
| 주인: 알았어요. 사만 원 주세요. | Okay. Give me 40,000 won. Sige po. 40,000 won na lang po. |
| 칼로: 감사합니다. 종이 가방에 넣어 주세요. | Thank you. Please put them in a paper bag. Salamat po. Pakilagay na lang po sa paper bag. |

💡 Nova’s Tip
‘-아/어 주세요’ means ‘please do X for me’ — 깎아 주세요, 넣어 주세요. Attach it to any verb stem to make a polite request!
🇵🇭 Ang ‘-아/어 주세요’ ay nangangahulugang ‘pakigawa naman’ — 깎아 주세요, 넣어 주세요. Idugtong lang ito sa kahit anong verb stem para gumawa ng magalang na kahilingan!
