🇵🇭 Teka muna! Mas madali ang grammar kapag alam mo na ang mga salita — kung hindi mo pa naaral ang Chapter 17-1 Vocabulary (Travel), i-memorize muna ito! Ngayon, aralin natin ang -(으)ㄹ 때, kung paano sabihing “kapag” o “noong” nangyari ang isang bagay.

📌 1. What is -(으)ㄹ 때?

-(으)ㄹ 때 is attached to verbs and adjectives to show the moment when something happens, or the duration something continues.
🇵🇭 Idinidikit ang -(으)ㄹ 때 sa mga pandiwa at pang-uri upang ipakita ang sandaling nangyayari ang isang bagay, o ang tagal ng pagpapatuloy nito.

[Basic pattern]
✅ Verb/Adj. stem WITH a Final Consonant (받침 O) 👉 + -을 때 (e.g., 먹다 → 먹을 때)
✅ Verb/Adj. stem WITHOUT a Final Consonant, or 받침 ‘ㄹ’ 👉 + -ㄹ 때 (e.g., 가다 → 갈 , 만들다 → 만들 )

💡 TIP: 때 can attach directly to some nouns too
With time-related nouns, you can just use “noun + 때” — but it does NOT work with 주말, 요일, 오전, or 오후.
🇵🇭 Sa mga pangngalang may kinalaman sa oras, maaari mo lang gamitin ang “noun + 때” — pero HINDI ito gumagana sa 주말, 요일, 오전, o 오후.
Example: 휴가 부산에 갈 거예요. (During vacation, I’ll go to Busan.)
💡 Remember: “Stem” means removing -다 first! Full explanation in Chapter 4-1.
🇵🇭 Tandaan: tinatanggal muna ang -다 para makuha ang “stem”! Buong paliwanag sa Chapter 4-1.
